AUSTIN, Texas — StorSuite announced today that StorPass, its mobile engagement and wallet pass platform, now integrates with Cubby Facility Management Software, giving operators another streamlined way to improve tenant engagement, operational visibility, and day-to-day efficiency.
The integration allows Cubby users to leverage StorPass’s mobile wallet technology alongside their existing management workflows, helping facilities simplify operations while creating a more connected tenant experience.
Facilities can use StorPass to deliver payment reminders, gate codes, account updates, facility alerts, and promotions directly through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. By putting important information directly into tenants’ phones, operators can reduce missed communications, decrease inbound support calls, encourage on-time payments and autopay enrollment, and improve engagement without requiring customers to download another mobile app.
The Cubby integration gives operators another practical way to modernize the tenant experience without adding unnecessary complexity for managers or staff.
